HFC GROUP finishes the last of three phases on the Green Gold project

Upon successful completion of the KNX system implementation project in the Green Gold shopping center and the Green Gold Club, the project continued in office building PBZ, and the culmination of the entire solution is participating in the construction of the Hotel Double Tree by Hilton.
The basis of the project is lighting control through the presence sensors and consumption analysis and scenarios adapted to different operating conditions and center alignment of individual units (shopping mall , restaurants, facade).
Blinds management system is integrated into PBZ building. The hotel is, with lighting control, also covered by the regulation of heating and cooling and the integration of multimedia and scenarios in conference rooms. An important element is the BMS (Building Management System) system that fully enables analysis of all systems , and management by partitions. Thereby, this complex proves that using this technology fully justifies the name GREEN. Mainly used equipment in this project is from renowned manufacturer GIRA.
