Hotel Bellevue – the new oasis of hedonysm on the Adriatic sea

HFC Group has successfully completed the most elite project in Croatia hotel industry, using KNX protocol as technical solution on highest technology standards. Hotel Bellevue reconstruction is a project considered as a great architectural solution that is complemented with the latest technology solutions in all systems.
The KNX integration was performed on over 100 positions at heating and cooling controlling system, KNX multimedia conference hall control, electricity consumption measuring up to 70 zones, and water measurement and analytics.
The hotel interior is enriched with digital signage systems. Hotel control is performed through modern BMS system that integrates heating / cooling and lighting control, video surveillance, ambient sound, pool technology, wellness, alarm, measurement, and analytics.
